It is the Finnish medal. Stogieman's evil twin (He who shall not be named) has generously provided me with some background. What a like particularly is the Finnish War of Independence medal. Strange that this officer didn't get also a Finnish Order or a Finnish Cross of Liberty. Nevertheless it looks as an outstanding medal bar...
Lately I have seen quite a lot of beautiful bars coming out on this very forum... I am really glad that people are showing their medal bars.
