According to Previtera's book there were 638 EK1s awarded. Stephen doesn't cite his sources, but this # seems a hard, definitive one, so odds are there is/was a list somewhere at one time. Perhaps it still lurks in the halls of Potsdam somewhere.
Of these 638 EK1s, two were to non-combatants, 161 were to NCOs and enlisteds (@58 were to NCOs) and the rest were to officers. The Stammlists of many regiments-which Glenn has not a few, show this award in detail. It might be possible to compile a list of the vast majority of awardees by culling these Stammlists.
