        This is a Latvian fake as discussed on the fake thread we had earlier.

        The Amazing Fakes or "Latvian" if you like.

          Hi,

          Afraid? Surely not because of this POS?

          I think "Latvian" says it all for me. Nice artificial aging.

          Peter, you yourself started a thread showing a nice comparison between the fake 1870, 1914 and 1939 pinback versions;

          Evaluate the item, not the story and not the seller's reputation!

          If you PM/contact me without the courtesy of using your first name, please don't be offended if I politely ignore you!

            Indeed i did. I´m just testing you. It is good to see that collectors stay sharp and alert To new collectors: This is a fake and comes in the 1870, 1914 and 1939 versions. It is often found as a pinback.

            Cheers.

                Careful! This auction is a set-up designed to lure out folks like Peter who may tip off bidders that the cross is a fake. The "bidder" may report you to eBay and you may lose your eBay status if your bidder name is traceable to you. Let's just say that, somehow, there are prosperous and legiondary individuals haunting this auction.
