I'd bet big money the Hamburg bar was navy NCO-look at the back.

Thanks guys Jeff and Adam you are right on the money. I got a Pm about this bar. It is a Navy NCO bar. My bar with the Schlesien Eagle and the one with the EK2 and 9 year service medal also have Navy backings.
