Is this Imperial German Observers badge a good one

Can someone tell me if this Observers Badge is an original one.

IMO typical fake from the late 70s -90s(?). Nice strike and construction but MANY differences with originals of this type. Its trying to be a Juncker.

The style of the bow is different from the Juncker type...
The badge seems to be heavily worn (almost no silvering left), damaged (pennant material mostly gone) and repaired ( backside prongs gone and clumsy solder attempts).
What I don't like is the shallow hinge well - this flat halfcircle type is often seen on fakes. Maybe all the alterations are an attempt to distract the attention from that.
Although it has some similarity with the "unknown" section in Stephen Previteras book, I dont like it and would not buy it.

I woud not be so quick to condemn this badge yet. Can you provide a tighter photo of the bow, the crown and the length of the pin on the reverse? Also, what does the case say? Likely not connected to the badge, but I am curious.
