    Curious Document

I want to start by apologizing if this post is in the wrong area but I was wondering what this document was as i'm finding the written script difficult to read and with the dates (1883, 194?) a German eagle stamp, and Reg. No 36 ? I'm honestly a little lost.

It's not a military document. It's a governmental birth registration.

The original birth registration entry was made 2 Sept 1883 but the Boy was Born 31 August 1883

at 10 o'clock in the morning. His name was Alfons. His mother was Walburga Riberger nee Reiter.

He was born in Pischelsdorf I think located in Steiermark/Austria.

A copy of the entry was made 16 Oct 1941 and for the copy they had to pay a fee: 0,60 RM

(Reichsmark). The fee was registered under the number 39 in the fee registry.

The surname is Biberger, not Riberger.

There is also a Pischelsdorf in Lower Bavaria. There is no Alfons Biberger in the Bavarian Kriegsranglisten and Kriegsstammrollen, but there was a Feldwebelleutnant Gottfried Biberger, born 13 January 1875 in Pischelsdorf, killed in action on the Lingekopf in Alsace on 5 August 1915 with Bavarian Landwehr-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 1. Gottfried Biberger's father was also named Lorenz, but the LIR 1 Kriegsranglisten give his mother's name as Elise. Maybe a half-brother?
