Thanks for the welcome. Actually, I was a forum member many moons ago under a slightly different member name. It's a lot more peaceful here now--some of the "old timers" know what I am talking about. That said, I am hear to learn and "opine". I am too old to do anything else.

Just curious... you are talking about Imperial or the WAF in general? I've been around for a long time and don't recall it ever being too bad here. Either way, welcome back.

Imperial has always been fairly calm but I remember times in the TR crosses
forum where things got pretty heated and Die Kneipe got down right ugly.

This chap certainly churns them out gregM. What do you mean by an over and under 8 pzrwest?

The "over / under 8" refers to the font style used in the date where one
loop of the 8 lays on top of the other. Period, award style crosses use a 8
that is flat. There is a notoriously convincing fake that uses the over/under
style font.
