1813 2ndClass core

Comparing these two 1813 2nd class Iron Cross front core, one that is on estand and the other is from a Dealer.
Do you think the core is made from the same form/die because of the very similar defect in the core.

a freak coincidence in my opinion ..
other defects ( sink holes ) on the cores wont match in comparing,,,between them

officially they're cast iron ..
so irregularity's of that type would not be a thing you see often matching .

Very interesting observation.

Can you show the entire reverses of both crosses? That way we can see if it's even the same core design.

Here they are; they seems the same to me, at least the crowns.

What is the dealers name? Can't make out the watermark...
