Imperial Russian Romanov medal?

Not sure if this is the place to post it but according to the seller this is an original Imperial Romanov medal found on a battlefield?

Russian imperial medals are so highly reproduced, one never knows. Certainly, the ring has been replaced. Is it ground dug or just a poor copy? It's hard to say. On the other hand it's a centennial medal....300 years of the Romanov rule, hardly a rare thing and one not very likely to be reproduced. Just some things to consider....

Looks like a crudely made medal, but that could from being in the ground for a long time, as to whether if it is real or a repro I can't say
