Saint Heinrich Order - Question of MM

Hello People,
I have this Saint Heinrich Silver Order. It have not neck/head frontside below marks of F.U. or Rothe. Is it possible? Or must all these Order to have one these marks?

I believe the issue pieces of the St Henry medal were marked F.U. Other makers are possible, both marked and unmarked as replacement pieces. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I would count this as a replacement piece. One of my favorite awards for many years.
