Question on Imperial award???

My friend recently purchased a medal with the inscription "Wir Deutsche Furchten Gott- Aber Sonst Nichts In Der Welt" 1866-1918.Can't post a pic yet but can somebody tell me what it is and approximate value?

A photo would help, but literal translation - "We Germans fear God, but nothing else in the world". The dates might allude to the victory over the Austrians in 1866?
