Ribbon Bar ID ?

I am thinking about purchasing this. The ribbons are on the larger 3/4 size and the bar is massive. What I thought was interesting is the little "1914" bar on the EK2, the wreath and the "vor dem Fremde" devices on the Oldenburg FA ribbon and the cresent device on the turkish award. Could this ribbon be identified?

I wasn't provided a picture of the back, but from my recollection ( I had seen it before) it had a red cloth backing.

....... try a search through back threads, this bar has been discussed before. Illegal device on the EK2, Wreath with the VFD Bar, etc. there are many problems with this bar!
