          I suspect it is Austrian WWI, but our Imperials will know for sure. I moved it to Imperial.

                Sorry for the mis-posting...

                Thank you all for your explanations. Can anyone confirm if this Fake or not? Long story short; this was to be part of a trade. I am catious now even more after the first badge offered, a Destroyer Badge, was deemed fake.
