Firstly, happy new year to everyone! Thanks Rick for posting this up for me. I have had a question burning within me since I got the 4-place - I'm have no idea sure what the last ribbon is.....
.....Anyone got any thoughts about it?

What is the blue and white ribbon that you've got in the second bar, between the Austrian and Hungarian commemoratives?
