    Andy,

    Two nice ribbon bars.

Regarding the first bar- the two middle ribbons are as follows:

    -Hamburg Hanseatic Cross
    -Schwarzburg Honour Cross/Medal

The last ribbon on the second bar is most likely for the Saxon Long Service Medal, given its placement after the Honour Cross.

    Kind regards
    Pierce

The Schwarzburg ribbon is most likely for the War Medal. The ribbon is for a War Medal combatant but after 1934 they commonly added "crossed swords" just so there was no doubt to the viewer that it could be the Honor medal or Honor Cross.

Both the Schwarzburg and the HK's swords are upside down. A 180 degree turn can set them right.

          Hi

I would leave the swords like they are. You see several bars, ribbon bars and awards where the swords are put this way. Its a symbol for the lost war. For me its period made from the wearer itself.

Looks like Sachsen-Altenburg Duke Ernest Medal ribbon.
