Opinion on Brunswick MVM

Hi what is your opinion on this Brunswick War Merit Cross First Class? is it good or is not go? The straight EA is non consistent with other examples shown in other older threads. But I don't know if other legit variations exists.

Hi Vellocino,

That one is ringing alarm bells all over the place for me - EA, 1914 date and hardware are all major areas of concern. Imo most likely a repro.

Certainly not an awarded piece, Don could be right, can you show the pin flat in its closed position and images of the hints and catch?
