Looks like a German jeweler piece to me, 95% silver, probably post war (pre WWII). Has the pin been repaired?

                    IMO that pin was repaired

Look at these examples from Emedals. There's a lot. None of them have a hook attachment that looks like this. Some of them do have a similar barrel and pin as yours. And that looks like a chuncky solder buildup around the hook plate. I'm not saying it's fake, but in my opinion that pin has been repaired. No German jeweler would sell in that condition. And Turkey would never award it like that. Just giving my opinion.....

                      I just noticed

And if you look close at the bottom at 6:00 you can see where the solder melted over the bottom rim of the medal.

definitely a repaired pin, no doubts

I'm no expert, but it certainly looks repaired, somewhat sloppily too.

                        Cheers.

It is surely repaired so this makes me think that it is post WWI and early WWII at best. I have seen and own similar stars you can find them under Study of TWMs - Unmarked section. By the way I have never seen silver content written in this somehow thin and long font, not saying that it is not genuine but just saying that usually it is written or stamped with a thicker and a more solid font.

Is the enamel glass enamel? Looks like it could be plastic enamel to me, though it's hard to say. The catch is definitely repaired.
                            Best regards,

                              Hi,
Yesterday I wrote a similar worry of mine but I can not see my thread now. Maybe I forgot to "submit" it. I said "it was repaired alright. The enamel does not look kosher to me, may be it was because of the photo".
                              Regards
