What ribbon is this? (ribbon bar)

What is the last one? I am thinking #7 is finnish but the last one??? It looks like the allied victory medal but that would be a little strange.
And i thought #6 was the war merit cross but then it is in the wrong place and #4 and #5 would have been replaced with a hindy.
Any ideas?

veteran's regimental cross. They came on various, but similar colored ribbons, including yours and looked like this.

It could also possibly be a foriegn award given the location on the bar. Chile has some funny colored ribbons for instance.

Yes, my first idea was that its a foreign award, especially since the #7 might be foreign, (maybe finnish?).

#7 is a Prussian LS decoration. It's faded as happens with blue ribbons exposed to sunlight. But, if you look at the back, it's the classic cornflower blue of Prussian LS decorations.

I'm sure the last ribbon is for a regimental cross.
