1870 IC2nd, a very Rare photo

I thought I would share this photo of a recipient of, what I think is an 1870 IC2. Rick L and I discussed this a while back, before I started the latest semeter in school. The chaplain, could be either catholic or protestant. I am thinking, along with Rick, that the lower collar and shorter jacket would be Protestant, rather than Catholic.

Yes, no question a non-combatant w/post 1890's Jub. oaks. The non-combat. makes it rare I would think. But let's not start seeing non-combats show up folks with non-period ribbons.
