    EK2, post 39 made? Strange coating.

    This came off one of the Hanseatic Bars. It has a frosted frame and some kind of coating on it which is starting to deteriorate. There is rust underneath in places though it does not look live.

    Do I leave it or remove it? Best method to remove it if I go down that path?

    The coating is bubbling up, I am guessing it will come away quite easy.
