        Great news!

The red enamel one I have been reliably informed is a Bremen Hanseatic cross,it has a key in the centre. What is nice about that pin is that all 3 of the awards are in enamels, even the cross of honour. It is marked to the reverse Ges Gesch.

        Cheers

        Dave

          :

I think I paid $50 for this alone, so you got a great deal!

I think that Gerd B. can attest that the Silesian ensemble is somewhat seldomely seen. Nice score!

Yes, thats true, the Schlesian Eagle is scarce on 9mm stickpins, i don´t know why... It was absolutely a good buy for that price. They normally go for at least 5 Euro for common medals. But in this case an even better buy, as the Schlesian Eagle and the Lübeck Hanseatic cross are not common at all on 9 mm stickpins.

              best wishes,
              Gerd

Wow excellent news, thanks everyone for your comments!

So Gerd, the Hanseatic cross with a key in its design is Lübeck not Bremen?

                Many thanks again!

No, my mistake, Dave. Its indeed a Bremen Haseatic Cross.

                  best,
                  Gerd
