Well I think it has a Wagner frame. So around the date that is on the obverse?

Does Wernitz have some new revelations about these?

Well I think it has a Wagner frame.

I agree with Michel, it looks like a Wagner frame.

But this frame was used from c. 1870 through c. 1915. So I'm not sure it's possible to date this piece accurately. It looks like a nice, detailed core, so I'd guess it's early too, same as Michel. Maybe before 1890.
