It's an Lv of some type, your image is upside down. Not sure what number the other mark is supposed to be. A very nice cross.

Hi Alex, Jess has summed it up other than to say that the cross has a great dark patina and strong detail in the frame bead. Well done
LV ,marked crosses sometimes have numbers after the LV.
