The second award is the Friedrichs Orden 2nd class with swords of Wurttemberg.

I believe that is the Wurtemburg Knight's Cross 2nd Class with Swords:

Yes, its the Württemberg Friedrichs Orden Knights Cross 2nd class, but they all had swords.

But what is the second ribbon from the right on the ribbon bar? Volkspflege with swords?

          best,
          Gerd

            nice one! Congratulations!

last 2 ribbons are a Croatian Order of the Crown of King Zwonimir with X on war ribbon, actually the same than the Volkspflege ribbon; and last is a Hungarian Order of Merit with X on war ribbon.

            Best regards

            Daniel

              GENTLEMEN,

I would like to thank all those who responded and especially Rickresearch who correctly identified the original owner!

I added some additional info from a good friend on the General Wehrmacht awards forum.
