    WW1 Screw Back EK1

    Hello again,
How about in comparison to this Ebay listing. It has been sold, but is similar to Weitze 33607.

The seller, Charles Hall of Wyoming, has other similar pieces he will be listing soon. All are magnetic cores.
    Thank you again,
    Chris,
    New Hampshire

    Hello,
I am looking at a Weitze listing, but am a little wary because the screw back seems similar to some suspect product I have seen discussed here lately. I understand screw backs can be original (pre 1946) copies purchased by recipients. Some few are truly "official" issue. I don't know much else.
The Weitze listing is #33607. I can't post a link to the picture because it is necessary to enter Weitze securely and after agreeing not to use items or information to support Nazi interests.
Here is a link to Weitze. Please enter and search for 33607.

The badge seems very resonably priced and I have deep faith in Weitze. What does the forum think?
Thank you very much. This forum saved me from buying a Polish fake U-boat badge last week. I am grateful.
