All handwritten, it ends after maybe 1/4th of the Book with the date of March 5th 1915. The only I can ID is that, somebody falllen on this Date. Looks like the same handwriting, so I guess it wasn't the Books Owner, but as it end's there, I think the Books Owner followed the poor guy shortly after.
I really have to find somebody who can read this. -
It is a poem/song composed by Arthur Freyburger from Egisheim some hours before he was KIA

I found a soldier named Art(h)ur Freyburger from Egisheim near Kolmar. He was KIA 1915. But I do not know if it is your guy:
