The ribbon is UV-negative.

Are there any makers marks on the suspension ring?

Its looks like the ring is marked with "N".

Your cross is in very nice condition. Mine shows the wear.

I find the same core in my 'M'-marked EK...

I'm not really a collector of Imperial German, Third Reich is more of my thing.
But this cross will be a nice addition to my EK collection.
