    Yikes

That poor ribbon bar is nothing but threads.

It's got an ultra-rare (for 1898) Hindenburg Cross on it

      What the heck is that?

Must have been thrown together for a costume party.

        From the seller :

        Hello

I have problems to locate the time, the dates start on the one medal 1898 and ended 1914, I think the others are from the time between, thats all what I know too,

        Regards Ralf

This jerk and his bimbo have been selling crap on eBay for a few years now under several names. He calls himself a collector, but doesn't know jack-s*** and cares less. One of their big sellers has been the "old, original" Polish-made eagle with the EK in its beak

Aah the lovely eagle with EK combo. For years now ebay veterans have marvelled at the ****eness of these special and rare pieces.

Excellent expletive deleter. I actually typed the word ****eness then!

Don't write them off too fast, every now and then they'll put up some stuff that they haven't a clue of the true value of, and then when eBay hiccups and zaps thier auction - deals can be made under the table with wonderful results.

Not that I'd know anything about that sort of an underhanded sneaky way of getting ones hands on a rather rare Bavarian ribbon bar for well under market value, of course.
