Floch 1914???

All,
Here is a 1914 EK1, but the pin/catch looks disturbingly similar to the Floch copies that exist for 1939 EKs. I have a CD800 and this is nothing like it. This pin on this is a cokebottle-type and the catch is odd. I understand that the 1914 comes in myriad forms, but this has piqued my concern. Thoughts?

Floch made pins dont look like the one on your image.

I'm with Hans. I can't explain any variance between this EK and another "CD/800," but I don't think the hinge and pin look anything like Floch's.

Never seen that pin on a CD800 before Marc but that just makes it more interesting. The obverse details are typical for that maker. Very nice! Here's one of mine.
