Prinzen Iron Cross 1st Class

Picked this up today, never had a prinzen iron cross before, don't know who made it but it sure is nice.

Yes, that is very nice Congrats.

Prinzen EK1s came in all different qualities, from one-piece flat neusilber with painted cores to three-piece vaulted with silver frames on the high end. Yours is on the very high end of the quality spectrum.

I don't think I've ever seen a prinzen EK or flight badge being worn on a uniform but I've seen many prinzen badges.

I would love to see some more photos of Prinzen EKs in wear. I've seen a few, mostly on royalty. EK2s were also used sometimes on medalbars.
