New medalbar arrived

i got it from far away over the rainbow.

The RAO 4 is mm W for Wagner, The peacetime MVO with crown without X
does have some enamel hits.
I think its the bar of an doctor (EK2, RAO4, RKM3, kuk EZ vom RK, DA25 ... )

Maybe a oberstabsarzt or generaloberarzt (becauce of the early mvo)

The MVO does have the typical golden medaillons.

somebody said a few years ago, that the mvo with crown without X
on peacetime ribbon was only awarded ~ 300 times.

Very nice medal bar. Looks like the long service blue ribbon has sun faded to grey just like the one on Edgar's father's medal bar. Have been tempted to remove the faded ribbon and turn it over so the un-faded side will show... but have wisely resisted in doing so

That's a real beauty, congratulations!!! The precedence is "offical Prussia first", I belive, as there is no other reason to put the high Bavarian order behind humble prussian medals.

Nice bar. I find only two doctors in 1914 that had the RAO4 and the BMV4Kr.
