From what I can see, I would not classify any of them as rare. These can be very cheap or perhaps higher priced if someone is looking for a particular town or unit. The unit associated ones are the most interesting and therefore the more sought after. Those unit types (like the one in the upper left of your photo with the unit bar on it) typically sell on Ebay.de for about 60-70 Euro.The others are only worth about half that much.
The only one I cannot judge is the one in the lower left corner with the gold colored center. It might be a patriotic piece if that is the Kaiser, in which case it could be lumped in with the other ones price-wise.
