Opinions on Imperial Wound Badge Please?

I am embarrassed posting these photos due to the very poor quality of them but they are the only two I have. I am at least hoping someone can answer my questions from these photos.

Has anyone ever seen this style of pin on an original Imperial Wound Badge? Also the helmet appears to have a most distinct shape slightly different to other Imperial patterns I have seen.

Can anyone give some input given the quality of these photos as to originality of the piece?

This style badge certainly was produced during the 20's-30's by more than one maker and this type pin setup was also utilized by some manufacturers. In my opinion yours has a chance. However clearer pictures would be helpful. Is it magnetic?

Thanks Ron! I had wondered about it being from that period. Sorry, it is not in my possession so I do not know if it is magnetic. Obverse detail looks okay from the poor photo.

Being magnetic or not is not the deal breaker as brass, tombac , steel and possibly zinc were used. Just wondering.

Finally got some better photos. The badge appears to be of brass base metal. The pin appears to have always been with this piece. I like it after seeing these photos!

I see no problems with it. I believe it is a private purchase badge with a needle pin that alleviates the necessity of sewn in loops. Regards, Ron.
