EKII 1870 - "jubilee cross"

Hi,
what is your opinion on this 1870 EKII ? It's supposed to be a" jubilee cross" from around ~1900. It's an unmarked cross, three piece construction with a magnetic core. Who manufactured such crosses ?

If you do a search for "bad crown fake" you will see several of
