Ek2 help

Someone on another forum asked my help in identifying this cross.
I've been through the datebase pictures a half dozen times and
can't match it. Maybe it's just the bad picture or my old tired eyes
but I could use some help.

I know I tried to match it and couldn't but then again, I don't
study 2nd class cross all that closely.
