What's up with these ribbon bars

Hi all, Yet again have come to seek advice on some ribbon bars from my fellow forum members. Bars in question are the middle one with what looks to be a far to new red/white ribbon(is it in correct place)
And the bottom one ,at first glance looks as though the EK ribbon is in the wrong place but have reason to suspect that the ribbon is not for an EK
There is also evidence of a missing device
As always your comments/advice are warmly received

These three ribbon bars were discussed here a few months back.

All parts and ribbons appear original though some are a little mixed up, e.g. bars 2 & 3.

I suspect the Austrian Commemorative ribbon has been added to bar 2 as it appears to be newer/clearner ribbon than the other ribbons on this bar. Bar 3 is out of order. These tab-back ribbon bars are unfortunately easily messed with.

The Austrian ribbon also seems slightly larger than the rest

I was thinking about the second bar - maybe the owner got austrian memorial medal later, and didn't want to buy a whole new bar, so he (or taylor) just replaced the backplate and added the last plate with austrian ribbon?
