Yes, cavalry parade arrangement, but I have to check the branch at home. I think it's dragoon.

The first picture shows an artillery NCO.
The second is hard to say: major of mounted corps for sure (because of the single shoulderboard), but I can't tell if he was an Artilleryman or a cavalryman (Dragoon, Ulan or Hussar).
