Hello i just buy this german inscription medal and my question is, what's this medal? and is it original?

This is a Long Service Award 3rd Class for 9 years of service for NCOs and enlisted men. If I´m not mistaken it´s from Wurttemberg.

Anyway i bought this for $15, was it worth?

The long service deocation was instituted in 1850 and was changed from a brooch to a medal in 1913. This version was awarded until 1921. I can´t say much concerning a fair price.
