I believe it is a long service ribbon. Possibly Prussian Landwehr.

Yes, I believe it is a 2nd class long service award for the Prussian Landwehr. Not sure how many years it was for (9, 12, 15?). Issued from 1842 - 1913. The cypher, "F W IV" is for Fredrick Wilhelm IV who was king of Prussia from 1840 - 1861.

Does anyone know how many years this second class clasp was for?
