PLM Godet or Schickle... or something else??

    Hi All,

I have oportunity to buy the PLM, but I am not sure, which maker or period it is... so I please for help.
It is hollow two piece construction, made from gold, without any marks...
It was in one Auktionhouse described als post ww1 second piece from 1920-1930. Valued for 11.000 Eur, but it was not sold.
I found here on forum that this PLM can be manufactured from Schickle?
What do you think is this realy second piece which was worn between the wars?
It is good investment or it is better to wait another one?

    Thank you for all opinions!

    Best regards
    Sasha

It's definitely a "Schickle" or what has been called that on this forum.

I'm not surprised the piece didn't sell for 13 thousand Euro. That's almost twice the normal price. For a little more, you could find an actual WWI era silver gilt example.

        Thanks guys,
I must say, I would never pay such price for the second piece.
Then we can say the real worth of such piece is ca 6K Eur?
        Then waiting me little negotiation.

Hammer prices on that site are available only to members, but it has an estimated value of only €325! Can you tell us what it sold for?
            Best regards,
