    Help ID miniature lapel medal

Pick this miniature lapel medal this summer in a buy. I did several searches and have yet to see a full size or miniature.
What medal is this? And is this most likely a copy made during WW2 or worst yet a total repo.
    Thank you for your help.

Tom, I've seen this type of ribbon on i.g. the Erinnerungsmedaille 1866-1918 of the IX Armee-Korps and the Bund Deutscher Marinevereine 1914-1918.

    cheers
    Peter

It's not an official state award, but some veteran's association award. DKB most likely means Deutsche Krieger Bund (union of german fighters), A could be some city or state (Anhalt?). I cannot read the letters in the medallion. These veteran items are not in great demand, so it's almost sure period original (good news for you), but don't get high prices either (I hope you didn't pay more than 5-10 €).

Thank you Peter and Valter for the information , with the Tri color ribbon being German colors I was guessing a patriotic type of medal.
The veterans organizations would make perfect sense.
The letters on the cross are D on top arm , F right arm , A bottom , K left arm and center is F W over V.St. . Gothic style letters so the F could be something else.
This came with a large buy I made this summer, it was in box with a mixture WW2 German tinnies, DDA and WHW pins along with a couple of wound badges.
