    3 imperial awards for review?

    Hi All
These walked in to my friends establishment and may be sold by the person
I am not versed in imperial material and seek your help in identifying them.
No ribbons and one seems to be missing the suspension loop. The person who brought them in is a relative of the fellow in the pictures no Idea who he was.
All opinions and help would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks
    Steve

Steve, you just made my day.You have a Bavarian Military Merit Order 2nd Class without swords, a Wuerttemberg Order of the Crown Officer's Cross and a Saxon Duchies Ernestine House Order Commander's Cross. All high and rare orders. Your guy should be easily identifiable from this combo, and obviously further research is required. Outstanding group of awards. Are there any markings on the Bavarian cross? It appears to be silver-gilt.

A close up of the medal bar and other awards could very possibly produce an identification.

Bloody hell, no wonder there's some enamel damage. He's like a walking signpost of all the German states together. A true German Xmas tree.

Only one Prussian officr with RAO3SX and RAO3SKr in this era... found him!

The Bavarian MMO is probably gold, not gilt. Vince, are you sure it's a 2nd class? Steve, might you provide measurement of the Bavarian (that's the blue) order?

PS: Steve, sent you an email.

What color is the sash? Black and Yellow for the Württemberg MVO GK?

Okay Sascha, who is this guy? Obviously a Wuerttemberger. I think the BMVO could be a first class, or?

Not a Württemberger, not at all. Very Prussian! I see three RAOs, two on the bar and one at the neck!

I don't know if Steve wants the name to be public here, so sent it to him via email. He can gladly post it, if he wants to.

I wonder what the sash might be for, it's no WM1 (he had no WM at any grade). From his rank, many neck badges but almost no sash awards. And those I'm aware of... just don't fit.

Okay, I thought from the first picture that he is wearing a grand cross of the Friedrichsorden, and that, combined with the other south German awards made me think Wuerttemberg. In any event, a real Weihnachtsbaum.

                              @ Sascha

It is right, it is a member of the Bronsart Family? I think a can read the name of the last pic.

                              Regards Mike
