      Hi!

It is an original EK2 from the maker "KM". You might find a mark of "KM" in the ring. Try to search "KMST" as well, those are the stamps for the 1st classes rather than the 2nd classes and you will find plenty of threads.

KM/KMST has a unique shape and crown, if you know it, you won´t miss it ever again and it´s pretty easy to spot even on lousy pics

The repair is postwar? During the IIww the lost or damage crosses were replaced. I paid 32EUR for it, bad business?

            Thanks a lot guys!

            And srry for my english.

Postwar or done by the wearer, a jeweler or just a collector you will never know.
Honestly in my opinion it is a little overpaid. (about 10 -12 euro in my opinion).

However it is a KM(ST) core, as Andy identified, so that makes it a bit more special.

Next time, post before you buy and everybody here will help you

              Best regards,
              Michel

                  Hi!

Do you think in a jewlery they can repair the other"repair"? I think it will be easy.
One friend of my father works with metal and I think he can dissimulate this ugly repair.

                  Thanks and regards.

you might contact eBay. Ask seller for the item you bought or a refund. If seller will not help eBay should, if you show the item you got is not what is in the pictures (ebay saves pictures) you should prevail and get a refund

..........and if he doesn't then neg-palm his ass.

I hope you get your refund, threatening negative feedback normally makes them refund!

                        Good luck,

                        Regards,

                        Joe

I think this is a nice cross for a decent price, and I would not repair the repair. I'd keep it, and leave it just as it is.

However, if it's not the cross you bought or the cross you wanted, fight for a refund.
                          Best regards,
