Here's an interesting bar.

The really interesting part is the center medallion of the BMVK2. It appears to be inlay like the Womens and Virgins cross. The award also has polished highlights.

Deschler? My guess had been it's a post WW1 replacement by a non-Bavarian maker, possibly Godet or Steinhauer & Lück... but I'm no(t yet an) expert for these.
