Looking for help on recently acquired medals

I am curious about the top two medals. I couldn’t find any information about them anywhere. The Meisterschaft medal has the owners name and Leipzig scratched on the backside; and the backside of the top right medal is professionally hand-engraved, “Im Auge Schwarz Im Herzen Schwarz Weiss Rot Ministerium 1912/1913.” The bottom ones weren’t too difficult to identify. Believe it or not these were acquired at a “Tag Sale.”

Very cool items to find at a tag sale. The top left medal is for a shooting competition, while the top right one is unusual. It says 'Black in the eye, black-white-red in the heart', a reference to the colors of the imperial flag. Not sure what Ministerium is about, but it means ministry.

Hi, I found that the bottom one on the right side is
SAXONY, Kingdom. Reserve and Territorial Army Service Badge, II class (SACHSEN-Königreich. Dienstauszeichnung II. Klasse, Schnalle), 1874-1913 issue
Rectangular gilt metal badge; the face with the crowned cipher of King Albert centrally imposed, the inner edge of each side decorated with ball-tipped loops and centrally the Saxon rue motif; the reverse plain with pin for wear. The badge was instituted by King Albert on 23 April 1874 and awarded to officers, doctors, non-commissioned officers and enlisted men on completion of their service with the Army Reserve or Territorial Army (Landwehr) and participation in at least one campaign. The badge was superseded in 1913.
Hope this help, I will continue looking for the upper right corner one.

Thank you very much for the additional information; I still have found nothing on the top right medal; I’m thinking it may be a civil award.

Can you post a picture from the back side of the medal, that will provide more clues to work with.
