I've seen these before, I believe there was a series of medals. A nice quality piece struck at the Bavarian mint. I think there was also a version which had the incorrect date of death on the reverse.

Here is the 90mm version in bronze with the wrong death date and wrong kill tally on reverse. Was later corrected for small silver examples
