18th Division 1870

Hello All,

Is it possible to tell what 1870 bars would be awarded to an officer just by knowing what Division they were with in the 1870 war?

I.e. 18th Division ?

Also.... what rank is a Mitkämpfer ?

the 18. Infanterie-Division fought at the following battles:

14 Aug 1870: Colombey-Nouilley
18 Aug 1870: Gravelotte-St. Privat
19 Aug - 27 Oct 1870: Siege of Metz
31 Aug & 1 Sep 1870: Noisseville
6 Oct 1870: Lessy
3 & 4 Dec 1870: Orléans
8 & 9 Dec 1870: Beaugency-Cravant
7 Jan 1871: Epuisay and Sargé
11 Jan 1871: Le Mans

A Mitkämpfer is not a rank. It means comrade in arms or fellow combattant.
