    It really does look like this is a good Jubilee era cross made by S/L.

      I think you're seeing both sides of an 1870 cross illustrated instead of a separate '13 and '70. There is only one catalog reference number shown between both illustrations.

      There seems to be a bit of artistic liscense taken with the illustrations as in any nonphotographic representation.

        The full size and mini Hindenburgs, miniature EK's and a few others from what I can see in that catalogue all appear to show a reverse.

        I agree with Tony - the drawings appear to show the Reverse... and one catalogue number between the two drawings pretty much confirms that.
