Ek2 with two makers mark 'Fr' + 7(?)

Just got this today. Anyone seen the second stamp before? Looks like a 7 .

certainly looks like a 7 but the significance if its war time who knows? you often get symbols on the jump ring, perhaps quality control, a specific persons work... i guess we may never know for certain
