Ribbon I.D.?

Brought this home the other day thinking I'd be able to identify it in a short order. Now I`m stumped.

Hard to see because of curl in the ribbon, but it has white center with black edges that are about half the width of the center stripe.

It sorta looks like a Hohenzollern or EK ribbon that has been doubled over.

Especially judging by the first photograph, I'd have to agree.
